Domestic Shipping Policy
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Each custom order takes a unique amount of time to process for many factors, including but not limited to:
The nature of time it takes to turn fresh flowers into pressed and dried florals, disassembling/reassembling each flower
The resin process is a long and tedious process that can take a significant amount of time when upholding our standards of quality
All products, including wood frames and shadow boxes, are handmade locally to order
Color Restoration can extend production time if opted for by the client
The type and quantity of product ordered
Customer response time if questions or details are requested on the order
Seasonality; during peak wedding season lead times may be extended due to an influx of orders
The time to fulfill the order does not begin until the flowers are received by the Bouquet Casting Co team. Typically after the flowers are received orders are fulfilled within an average of 4-5 months, which is all dependent on the factors listed above and other factors not listed. During peak wedding months, from April to October, turnaround time may be up to 8 months.
All orders are processed by the FIFO method (first in, first out) according to the date in which the fresh flowers were received.
As soon as the fresh flowers arrive to the Bouquet Casting Co studio, the flowers immediately begin the preservation process in the condition in which they were received.
The Bouquet Casting Co team does not operate on weekends or holidays, therefore completed orders will not be processed to be fulfilled on these days.
Should the Bouquet Casting Co team be experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, we will communicate to our clients that the lead time may be extended via email.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We highly recommend using USPS to ship flowers to our studio. USPS tends to be the most cost effective compared to other carriers with shipping rates for flowers seen in the $40-$200 range depending on the weight of the package being mailed.
All orders meeting our $400 minimum are eligible for free shipping across the USA when mailing back your preservation. Bouquet Casting Co does not cover the cost of shipping flowers to our studio.
Orders below the $400 minimum are charged a flat rate for nationwide shipping.
*Delays may be experienced over holidays, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once the package has been shipped, the control over the timing of delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES
At this time, Bouquet Casting Co does not ship to P.O. boxes.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
After the order has been fulfilled and shipped, an email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Bouquet Casting Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Bouquet Casting Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, however, Bouquet Casting Co will work with their clients to fix any products that may arrive damaged to the best of their ability.
If an order was received damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim then contact us at Bouquet Casting Co via the
Get in Touch page on our website to discuss fixing the damaged goods. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Bouquet Casting Co does not currently offer international shipping, as they only accept orders from the United States.
Returns are not accepted as each product requires custom, handmade work.
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if anything is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
